We hope you will consider donating an item or helping us procure items.  To donate, simply download the Auction Item Procurement Form, fill it out completely and return it to Michelle Plyem by September 30, 2011.  Please indicate whether you will mail or deliver your item in advance or to the gala venue on November 5, 2011.
